History

Our PECC founders, before establishing Private Equity Capital Corporation (PECC) in 1998, a financial firm, had established a partnership with Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney and Company (HKW). With their enthusiasm to bring PECC globally, HKW had established a branch in the Middle East, which is now known as Whitney & Company (W&Co).

 

W&Co had expanded its operation in the Middle East in the field of the construction industry with the aim to reach the global market; W&C acquired collaborations with several companies in the UAE and add-on acquisitions in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Bahrain through the strategy of PECC-LAZA Joint Operation LLC.

 

Within LAZA Corporation, a Japan-based organization, had successfully put into effect the subsidization of "Moment Structure (AD), AHC (BH, KW & SA), WELS (BH & SA), and Daem Laza (SA) under the umbrella of LAZA Joint Operation (UAE).
