Private Equity Capital Corporation (PECC) is a private equity investment firm which was founded in 1998 and is engaged in the acquisition of privately-owned businesses as well as subsidiaries and divisions of public companies.

We have our own group of equity investors, as well as strong relationships with various equity firms with whom we have partnered on transactions over the years.

The principals of PECC have extensive experience in structuring the financing and setting the strategy for the acquired companies.

 

However, PECC does not seek control for the subsidizing companies; but rather, we make our skills accessible and our resources available to management team of our subsidiaries in order for them to maximize their company's potential.

 

We work closely with subsidiaries’ management team to develop a strong, growing, and independent entity.

Private Equity Capital Corporation believes that a successful acquisition is the result of a close working relationship between the management team and itself.

 

Once a transaction has closed, Private Equity Capital Corporation, through its representation on the acquired company's Board of Directors, works closely with management to establish a long-term business plan, including the setting of objectives and the development of strategies to attain those objectives.

 

As a result, we are committed to investing not only capital, but also, when necessary, time, attention, and experience in order to assure the success of each company.

Although we do not wish to participate in the daily management of a company, and while our degree of involvement will vary depending on the particular needs of a company, we make a serious commitment to support each company's growth and prosperity.
