Private Equity Capital Corporation (PECC) is a USA based private equity investment firm which was founded in 1998 and is engaged in the capitalization and acquisition of privately-owned businesses as well as subsidiaries and divisions of public companies. PECC have own group of equity investors, as well as strong relationships with various equity firms with whom PECC have partnered on transactions over the years.

 

Laza Joint Operation (Laza) and it's collaborated members however, is one of the principal members of PECC Middle East Operation & with the extensive experience of PECC in structuring the financing and setting the strategy for the collaborated and acquired companies is the backbone support of Laza Joint Operation.

 

The operations of our Middle East Members in the other hand does not seek day-to-day dependency with our partners; but rather, they make thier skills and resources available to management in order to maximize the company's potential growth.

 

Our Middle East Members worked closely with the PECC management team to develop a strong, growing, and independent entities expanding throughout Saudi Arabia and the entirety of Middle East.
