Private Equity Capital Corporation (PECC) is a private equity investment firm that was founded and operates in California, USA, in 1998 and is engaged in the acquisition of privately-owned businesses as well as subsidiaries and divisions of public companies. PECC has its own group of equity investors, as well as strong relationships with various equity firms with whom PECC has partnered on transactions over the years.
PECC has extensive experience in structuring the financing and setting the strategy for the acquired companies. However, we do not seek day-to-day control, but rather, PECC makes these skills and resources available for the PECC’s subsidized company’s management in order to maximize their potential.
We work closely with the management teams to develop strong, growing, and independent entities.

FORMATION OF PECC & LAZA JOINT OPERATION IN MIDDLE EAST
The evolution of PECC & LAZA MIDDLE EAST JOINT OPERATION originated from the US branch of LAZA Japan, which aims to represent the international expansion of the US-based Co-Active Training Institute, credited with introducing the foundational co-active coaching culture to Japan training programs.
The coaching framework in the region has officially gained the joint operation with PECC and eventually concluded the service expansion to the Middle East market in exploration of global infrastructure and overseas development assistance projects via the licensed entity named PECC & LAZA Joint Operation LLC.
